Salary Cap Set at $59.4 Million Dollars

The salary cap has now been set at $59.4M for the 2010-11 season according to TSN. The salary floor moves up to $43.4M, a number that will force only the New York Islanders and Phoenix Coyotes to spend more money on players than they did in 2009-10.
