Around SBN: The Worst Team Ever Projected?

[Gilbert Brule] has a new one-year, two-way contract and needs to play only three more NHL games before he has to start clearing waivers. Trouble is, he needs to lock up a roster spot with the Oilers first.

I have been saying this for a while, but others have good arguments against this: Why can’t a MSM person, call up a contact in the league’s head office and ask? If they feel like they can’t ask about a particular player, then they could just give Brule’s birthday, numer of games played and point to section 13 of the CBA. Get us answers MSM or what are your insider connections good for?

I thought that even Gregor had declared defeat on this. At this point the question of Brule’s waiver eligibility is a test for competency.

Pro is short for Professional, silly

Competency – Ireland is never going to pass that test.

Careful, DeBakey, I got Irish in my blood. What we lack in comprehension we make up for in fighting spirit.

Brule isn’t eligible for recall waivers. Does that count?
