Defenseman Cleve Kinley had a three point night, but it wasn't enough for Stockton. The Onatario Reign took a 4-0 lead into the third period and hung on for a 4-3 win over the Thunder; the team scoring the first goal has won every game in the series, and last night was no exception.
Patrick Van Buskirk wasn't great, making only 23 saves (although he did stop a third-period penalty shot), and I'd imagine that if Andrew Perugini can strap his pads on he'll be in for game seven.
As a side point, this series isn't just of interest to Oilers fans: Los Angeles Kings brass (Dean Lombardi, Ron Hextall, Terry Murray) were also at the game. With the Manchester Monarchs and the Kings done for the season, I'd imagine they had the time.
