Do you think if he was still behind the bench that it would’ve stopped at one year?

Bad choices that didn’t work out is one thing, he was picking favorites and scapegoats from the start. It was a year long salvo of pettiness and counter-productive decisions. I don’t know any coach I would give a do-over for after that.

I’m sure he’ll do alright somewhere else after this breather, but he needed it even more than the oilers needed to move past him.
