Kiprusoff Fined $69,000
Calgary goaltender Miikka Kiprusoff has been fined $69,000 for unauthorized tree felling. ATurku District Court found Kiprusoff and his father guilty of misconduct. Kiprusoff and his father felled 42 trees last year without a proper permit.

they didn’t have such serious justice in Manitoba. I drove out to the country with my dad and my grandpa and we cut down a “Christmas tree” in some random forest somewhere…Drove it back to the city on the roof of the Oldsmobile…
